backup outlook in mac / archive

To make a local file archive of your Outlook 2011 for Mac information:

1. Select the File menu and Export...
2. Select the option for "Outlook for Mac Data FIle (.olm)" and check all items to save everything.
3. Select "No, do not delete items".
4. You will prompted with a file name (Outlook for Mac Archive.olm) and to save.
